For a 21 year old the testosterone levels should be optimum. The optimum range is between 600-900 ng/dL. Is your t level within this range? Of not, continue working on it. You will see your sex drive sky rockets if you keep your time levels optimum.

Regarding the abundance mindset, I agree with you. But the girls who are going to stay in your life, will be worth keeping, and if they leave, that is fine too., because eventually you will find one worth keeping. You’re there, you ‘made it’. You get to move on with your life, but make sure you keep gaming/being social to stay sharp. The social rabbit hole gets deeper if you want it to, but most guys mainly study game for girls, or to develop a mild social life.
