Knock on her door.
When she answers, smile and tell her she's really cute, while looking directly into her eyes. Then ask her if she'd like to come out for a walk. If she says no, tease her a little, "oh come on, I won't bite" or whatever feels right to you. There's also (in the face of a continued "no") the simple "you're breaking my heart! come on, let's just go out for a little fun".
Try to engage her and give her some joy from the interaction. Once you get her out, try to KINO, maybe back of hand taps on her shoulder to make a point, maybe a reason for a high five, etc.
