Hands down, it healed a broken mind, gave me confidence and flow.

After being skinny and underweight my whole life, feeling like everybody didn't treat me right, i put on 30 pounds of muscle and never felt so good about myself in my life. Not because of anything vain, but i accomplished something that i had wanted for so long, and it showed me that i have the ability to change my life at my discretion and gave me a sense of power and ownership of my life i never had.

Understanding the amount of crap women have to deal with on a daily basis and identifying how I was contributing to it. Being confident for all people you meet is a public service.
