Going to throw some MRP advice in here too. Never stop approaching. Even if you're married you should game the shit out of girls. The only difference is how you follow through (basically, dont)

It is practice to give the missus the tingles.
It's dread game on the missus
It will keep you confident that if your girl cheats, goes crazy, divorces you then you will have no problem replacing her -- abundance mentality.
When you game your missus, she has no reason to go seek that kind of attention or validation from other men.
If/when she observes it working it will have a preselection effect. Just be sure your hands are clean or it will (rightfully) blow up on you.

Watch some RSD videos, maybe some simple pickup, but the best thing to do is to just slowly work your way up to approaching. If you read Models by Mark Manson, there is an exercise you can do to get more comfortable talking with people.

I'm not giving you the whole thing but here it is in a nutshell. Start by asking someone (try for girls only) the time, 5x a day, for 1 week. Then ask them the time, and make a comment on the weather, etc. It'll be awkward sometimes but its better than not even trying.

Approaching and keeping a conversation going are two different things entirely. You approach by not caring if anything will happen. It's pretty simple but it can take some balls. After you do it enough times, it doesn't seem so bad, ime. You start to realize that the music is not going to screech to a halt and everyone look at you. Even if you get shot down, life goes on.

Continuing a conversation is not easy. You have to be willing to say anything that comes to mind. At the same time, you should be probing her for information and more topics. You should appear genuinely interested. All this time you want to work in more and more touching, especially when they are recalling a happy memory.
