You have the number, now continue to flirt. Take her out for Sushi or something similar. Do you two have a common interest you can do together like hiking maybe? Do that!
Point is, if a girl gives you her number, she's at least interested. You have that going for you.

There’s lot of places you can take her, it doesn’t have to be a bar. I wouldn’t want a guy I’m interested in to take me to a bar, I’d rather go get food. As for activities, go play games like at main event or Dave and busters. Go to a festival if there are any in town and I’m not talking like Coachella. They can be food, arts, culture festivals. I loved when a guy took me to a crawfish festival! Don’t limit yourself to just taking her to get drinks. I’d rather go do something fun and different.

I see what you're saying, I'm 22 yo and the majority of the ones I approach are older than me !
So in this comment I give you all the responses I've given myself a lot of times I questioned the same about myself.
So, in order :
She feels what you feel. So if you display you have enought balls to go for her and bang her despite she's older, if she likes you, and you subtly make her aware of privacy (so not boyfriend mode etc. ) she will be ok with that.
Continue to do it because when you'll be my age (that's quite young age I think) you're already be a beast in cold approach, that is a field that is exploited from only 1-2% of male populations. So the most easy-and-less-competitive arket EVER. (In my experience also a lot of "naturals" need parties and alcohol to approach hot chicks.)
Cold approach is free (no moneys, only hours spent walking around first months, and then you start doing it everywhere because "oh shit I can wait to be in the mood to approach this hot girl, I'm going to do it now, fuck it !" will pop in to you head) , and gives you only "plus" opportunities respect the ones you already have thought social circles and school and whatever.
Renouncing to it doesn't provide you any value, and, just because of keeping the habit, you'll be (unless you already are ;) ) able to turn a simple walk to wherever in a rewarding occasion to hit the next hot girl will get inside your life.
And you inside her.
Great to see young people interested in cold approach here, let me know if you agree about what I said, I'm curious.

Ah, continue. You’re going to go to college and you’ll need to cold approach a lot of 18-20 girls.
Think of it as practice if they aren’t in that age range.
