I don't want to destroy your hope, but they usually do it so you stay in the gym and never stop the contract etc. But if it is above this just do what you would do outside the gym

I would not try to initate with girls whos work task is being nice.

If you really think she is flirting and won’t regret it if you get rejected I’d just ask for her number after I’m done at the gym. Tell her you can work out together sometime or something. You never know till you try. As long as you can handle a rejection.

I know the situation is a bit different, but I find the gym to be such a bad place to meet women. They're running around in bootysuits while testosterone-charged men pump iron and watch them do squats. Everybody is in their own super cool world, everybody is checking out even the most average girls (bootysuits look good on everyone). And in a superficial place like that where lots of guys are bigger than you, you have nothing going for you at all.

it's almost like the rules of normal interaction don't apply. I mean, I'm attractive and pretty good with girls but have never had a successful pickup at the gym -- almost never even had a convo. So weird
