You move the fuck on. If she gets her shit sorted out and ends up being single, ask her out. If not, there's so many other women in the world, it's crazy. What you don't do is act needy and keep waiting for something to happen. She will use you as an emotional tampon and backup plan, and backup plans are not attractive. Moving on and showing that you're a man of value who can't wait around forever is infinitely more attractive than showing her that your only option for romance is a taken girl at work. Don't be mean or anything, just, go on with your life and try to talk to some other women.

If she brings up the relationship again just listen a bit and then tell her if things don’t work out to come and talk to you. After that leave it and don’t bring nothing up again, also think about keeping your distance. This chick is going through something right now and might make you miserable.
