Don’t shit where you eat. At most you can let them know when you are free but don’t try to get numbers while you are working but be aware if you are truly attracting some people there is a chance you will repulse other people. This can have negative consequences for your place of employment.

I wouldn’t do this unless you’re absolutely certain a woman is into you, or you just don’t care about your job. A customer can easily report you for sexual harassment and you’ll be fucked-not only will you be fired but shit like that could stay on your record. I know cuz I’ve worked retail for a while, I would have instances where I’d be very tempted to try to go at a woman, but I avoided doing so cuz of the potential consequences. Light flirting may be okay-even that tho I’d only do it if they initiate. I say all this because in sales customers have all the power. You could easily just give someone a light compliment, and if the customer is having a bad day she could report you for sexual harassment, and the company will take the side of the customer basically 100% of the time.
