I would say something like: No... I am joking! Of course I miss your clumsy sense of humor (replace this with anything that's nice or cute about her). The thing is you don't wanna be a dick and at the same time you don't have to be all over the place by showing how you've been thinking about her all the time, especially since from what I understood, she isn't a girl you are dating.
