I'm curious about this in relation to any dating app/site, but in particular Tinder. Has Tinder released any info on how girls tend to set their age range, relative to their age? Has there been any independent research into this? I seem to remember some blog post about which age women match with which age men.

I imagine, and this is just me guessing, that girls generally look to date their age or older and I'm wondering whether at 25 most girls aged 26 and up have me out of their age range.

I imagine girls 21-25 predominantly set it to 20-30 and girls 26 have it 26-onwards.

If you don't know of any data on this, what would you guess?
