10 years ago or so I read some of the bibliography, watched Mystery's TV show and some courses through YouTube. I put that in practice and it frankly worked well. Actually that experience helped me to decide on studying Psychology.
Then a few months back I joined this subreddit and I must admit I haven't paid to it too much attention, read it from time to time, but that's it.
The thing is that the other day I realized that now being 32 years old and having moved to a different city, sharpening seductions skills definitely would be a good thing to pick up (no pun intended) on.
So given that most posts here are specific questions, I was wonder if there is a good 101 on seduction that covers pretty much everything, some sort of reminder, a starting point from where begin.
Thank you in advance!
P.S. Given that I've been out of the game for quite some time, I feel the necessity to ask if the theory itself has changed substantially these years.
