I had an LTR for 5 years since I was 18, so I basically I'm new to the game even if I've been reading lots of material. A month ago, I got a cold "I'm not looking for a boyfriend" from a girl with whom I went to cinema and invited over to 'teach her guitar' several times. I don't want to repeat the same mistake.

There is this girl that I knew for couple of months. She was always obviously interested in me, but she had a boyfriend so I never really gave her much attention, and we rarely met. Talked with her a week ago, she broke up. For how long, idk. So I started chatting and teasing her the whole week. Since we don't really had much time to meet, I tried to escalate by texting, till she sent me a picture of her blow-kissing for a good night. She still digs me (at least, that's what I think). So I invited her to come over to watch a movie. I started kino really early on (hug when greeted her, bumping her while we were walking, picked her up to see how light she is, playing with her hands, tickling her, etc). Sitting comfortably next to her in the middle of the movie, my arm around her, I smelled the back of her neck and said she smells good. Went for a smell again and put a kiss on her neck, and another one on her cheek. She didn't react. I tried to pull her face very gently toward me but she didn't turn so we continued talking and watching the movie. I tried again later without success. When the movie was over, I started being playful with her in order to get face to face with her. When the opportunity showed, I went for the kiss. Surprise, she turned away, so I just put a last kiss on her neck and got up. Half an hour later, she left.

And that lead to the title: should I invite her again? If yes, how many times? Or should I just go silent radio because she was putting me into friendzone? What have I done wrong?
