I have a decent hookup game and I'm decent looking. When I apply what I know I can get what I want. When I actually try for something more meaningful I get wound up in my head and seem to convince myself I suck, not good enough (just generally get in my head) and end up digressing into a boring person, whereas I know the initial attraction come from my actual personality. As vague as that may be, how can I try to change this?
