Don't be in a huge rush, lol. Sounds like you had solid progress already after only a short time working on improving yourself.

Don't get all hung up on 6/10 versus 10/10 girls. Of course you're going to want to be with the 10s more than the 6s, but if you have "rules" that you're only trying to be friendly and flirtatious with 10s, the 6s WILL think you're a dick and the 10s will think you're needy/desperate.

The rule of creepiness is, if YOU think it's creepy or being a dick, you will come off that way to women. So strongly it will be as if you got a T shirt made that says, "Yo! I'm a dick about who I hang around with".

Be happy and enjoy the buzz when 6s (or even 3s and 2s) act all friendly and nice to you. It means probably, you're a giant step ahead of 90 percent of the other guys, and ahead of where you were last year. I mean be happy in a humble way lol, like hey this is fun. The 10s will notice. There might be weird social-class and clique things going on at your school but don't worry about it and be a guy who's so cool and naturally friendly that he's not above that shit, he's beyond it.

on a more serious note, maybe consider personality. because a 10 looks can have a 5 personality so maybe have a little reality check about your expectations. appearance draws you in but its personality that keeps you. and when you love someone’s personality you begin to love their appearance, even if others don’t see it.

God, I remember being 17, and thinking that some girls were actually not attractive enough.

Listen, you don't want to be greedy, five years from now when you're in the real world you're going to check your yearbook out and think "did I actually miss out on that" We can all be a little judgmental in high school, but when I look back at that now I wonder did I really think like that or was I just nervous? You don't want to have regrets when you have to start dealing with the real world If a girl is showing interest, just go for it, at Seventeen it's all practice anyway.

Even so, just remember, having a girlfriend makes you much more attractive to other women than not having one. It's messed up but there you go.

A lot of things to unpack in your post, but I’m really glad you posted.

First, I’ve been cheated on. I was infatuated with this girl. I was 21-22, she was 19. I was looking at Tiffany’s rings for her. I offered her to move into my place. I wanted to marry her, and I was completely against marriage. Totally not thinking straight for this girl. And then, she cheated on me, and then wanted to break things off because I wasn’t “aggressive enough” for her sexually (which was and is 100% true, I’m very chill, whatever, slow and laid back sexually). But even then, I don’t get guys who are all broken up about being cheated on. It happened, keep it moving. This wasn’t a nobody to me. I had very strong feelings for this girl, but whatever, life happens, shit happens, life goes on, keep it moving. That was the only time in my life I ever got cheated on, and it’ll most likely be a one off for you too. Don’t read too much into it or let it affect your relationships with other women.

Secondly, the more attractive the girl, the EASIER she is. The biggest issue women have is their insecurity and need for attention and validation. Spend some time online reading what women write, “Women are the prize, men should approach, blah blah blah.” Where do you think that comes from? The need to feel like the prize, chased after, wanted, valuable, etc. Thats a problem 6-7.5s have.

For 8s+, their biggest issue is transparency from men. They have never really experienced honest male emotions or an authentic relationship with a man. Usually, the only guys who care to relate to them just want sex (which is why they don’t get “nervous” around them). And the irony is, the guys who do get “nervous” around them ... don’t relate to them. In turn, they don’t relate to those kinds of men, and they build up a fundamental attribution bias again “men” in general.

Insanely attractive women are the easiest women. Their only issue is never really experiencing a genuine emotional relationship with a man. So, if you can deal with their defensiveness in the beginning, and have a tiny sliver of mental nerve to not take her antics personally until she loses the endurance to keep the act going, then you can start relating to her, and it’s smooth sailing ⛵️

So, I would say, do yourself a favor and build up some experiences with the 7-8s. That’s probably the most difficult group of women. They want to feel “hot,” they act like they’re “hot,” but then they’re also insecure because they know they’re not actually “hot.” So, if you can get comfortable in this space, you’ll have zero issues with 5s-6.5s or 8s+.

Save the 8s & 9.5s for college and right after college.

As far as 10s, imo, even most celebrities are not a genuine 10. If you think you found a 10, pause and reflect, it’s most likely you and your mind playing tricks on you rather than actually her being a 10. Besides, there is no material difference between a girl who is aesthetically a 9.99 versus one that’s a 9. So, cost/benefit. Practice with 7s/8s, and then wait until college for 8s/9s.
