At this point, as a girl, Id be creeped out because "this guy" is way too anxious. So what do you do? Nothing. Fallback. See if she responds...if not, move on.

Either you were too pushy and it turned the girl off or the gay friend told her that you wasn’t single so it turned her off that you were still trying to get at her while you already have a girlfriend. I’d suggest just calling her out on it and say “why are you ignoring me after your friend told me that you liked me?”
