I recently read over Mark Manson's The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F**, and he really harps on the idea that entitlement is essentially the root of most problems people face today.

I noticed that I tend to act entitled (not wanting to "rock the boat," people pleasing/seeking approval attention from others, trying to exert my will/beliefs on things) and I was wondering how I can nip that behavior in the bud.

I believe that this sense of entitlement affects my relationship with myself, and by extension, with other people both in a romantic and platonic sense.
