Do you even know if she is into girls ? Is she isn't, then there is nothing you can do. If she is, then you might have been friend zoned.
If you want to escape the friend zone, here is what you need to do:
Stop talking about how you like her for now and just go back to being friends. Then, you start to hang around with her more often, especially if it's just the two of you.
Try to become more intimate with her. Talk about your feelings, talk about sex and some intimate stuff. Get physical with her. Cuddle, hold her hand, kiss her on the cheek. See if she reciprocates all of that.
If so, then one day, when both of you are lying in bad watching Netflix or just talking, look into her eyes for 3 seconds, then go in for a kiss.
I'm a bisexual man, so I don't know how exactly this sort of thing works for bisexual girls. But this is my best guess of what would work in your case.

Do what guys (should) do when they are friendzoned. Put her into "low key" gaming mode, be friendly and occasionally show interest in a subtle way (like a smile or slightly longer than normal eye contact) but also act cool like you're not obsessed and you're not mooning over her.
Make it your frame and let it show subliminally whenever you're interacting with her: "You're cute, you're into me but you haven't decided to make a move yet, that's cool though."
Guys who don't know how to deal with the friendzone act kind of surprised and butt-hurt when told that their crush doesn't feel the same way, and if they don't play it cool they tend to act a bit awkward and aloof around her.
