OK, I asked earlier about some gal getting in my face saying "que papi chulo." You guys helped me out before and I think you can help me once again.

This time, some girl called me "Pietro." She was talking to her friends and since I was the only male around, I assume she was referring to me. She had approached me a few minutes earlier and stared at me in a very seductive way.

Then, as I was leaving, she said something "ooh look, it's my Pietro," or something like that. She made a big deal of it, "ooooh" and saying Pietro in a very dramatic fashion. I was surprised because she looks very white, but rolled her rrrrr's in a very authentically latin way. Also, she has a very innocent look. Her talking in this mature, sexual way was a bit surprising. I did a double take.

I checked on urban dictionary and "Pietro" seems to have similar connotations as "paps chulo" but apparently it's Italian American slang rather than hispanic slang? Is that about right? Am I on the right track here?
