Theres a good chance your relationship is dead already.
She's using an open relationship as an opportunity to cheat on you.
To stop from feeling jealous, you need to get with more women. Go out dating. Flirt with women.
She more than likely doesn't actually think you can get another women and will be jealous when you do.

The relationship is dead already. You want her to be happy, let her go. Maybe she'll be happy once she gets jealous but then you'd have to constantly make sure other women find you attractive just so your wife can. Many men do this but I get the feeling you don't want too

Sex can be separated from love but for most people, it's difficult. From what you say here, your relationship sounds comfortable but she desires exciting.

You can try to make this work. I'd like to be wrong and say this is simply a sex fetish. Maybe this relationship is the exception to the rule. But my bet is she's bored and looking for an out. You can continue raising the kids but over time, you more than likely will begin to argue more and more making bigger arguments over pretty things with her eventually using the fact that you slept with another women as leverage on you. Despite that it was her idea.

have you talked to your wife about the jealousy? how did she respond? this is a pretty big issue. the insecurity won't go away just because you will it to. you need to work through it - personally and together. soon enough, you may even start feeling compersion for one another, which is ideal.

you need to keep the communication as open as possible about who she's seeing, and be sure to set solid boundaries you both agree on - what are the boundaries of the open relationship? have you talked to her about this other woman you've been talking to? does your wife have any advice?

as an example - you say you need help finding a "partner" but you also say that the one girl that is potentially interested wants more of a "poly situation". what is your definition of partner? what is your wife's? do they line up?

also you currently say you don't have any other friends...if you don't have time for friendships, how do you expect to have time for an additional partner in your life? unless the goal of your open relationship is basically sex, you may need to figure out how to carve out more time for yourself.
