So I've just left this tinder date and I'm a bit bewildered. I matched with this girl a couple of weeks ago. Set up a date pretty much instantly. We've been texting back and forth for a bit then met today.

I my eyes, things were going well. Good eye contact, a bit of flirting. We're very similar. Lots of laughing. I escalated a small bit with positive reception. But none of it was overt, I didn't even touch her hands.

Then, about 1 hr and a bit in, she starts checking the time cause she needs to leave soon to "pick up some things." Then within the next 10 minutes, she said she needed to go. I played it cool and just said okay. I felt like we hadn't got comfortable enough yet for a kiss, so we shared a hug and went our separate ways.

I figured this was a rejection and was planning to just move on to the next girl. I assumed she just made an excuse to leave. However, now, 1 hour later, she's texting me again as if nothing happened? She said she's really sorry she had to leave so suddenly.

What???

Have I been friendzoned through tinder? Is that even possible?
