I've been going back and forth between around 165 and 200 lb (5' 11"). There is nothing I can do about it because of my particular circumstances at the moment. I don't like it ... but I don't hate it or stop trying to game women because of it.

I switched from size 32 to size 34 pants, and from "slim fit" to "athletic fit" shirts. No biggie really. I still have cool clothes and my cool shoes, watches and belts still fit.

My closest friends and family sometimes make comments about my weight (thanks sis!) but women that I meet don't ... they literally don't know or care. It has pretty much zero effect on my level of coolness. When you gain a bit of weight it can show on your face and it can smooth out wrinkles and make you look younger. One day in the coffee shop the lady said, "Can I help you young man?" and it made my day.

I've heard more than one PUA coach say in their how-to videos, "I used to be a lot more buff, now I have a bit of a tummy and my game has never been better."
