So I’m relatively new at pickup. I go to a massive university that has 30k+ students, lots of 9s and 10s. It’s my goal to talk to 2 new girls every day. I talked to 4 today.

Here’s today:

Get to campus early. Catch elevator ride to class in building, make comment to girl about how slow the elevator is. Chat her up for a minute, ask for number and IG. Looks like she has a boyfriend by her IG. She responded to one of my texts but has since gone cold. I asked “what classes are you taking?”, she responded, then I said “cool! What do you want to be”, to which no response. Will re-engage in a few days. Any advice on this one?

Second girl in line at coffee shop. I ask what she gets usually. We chat it up for a minute and I break it off because I’m called to order. She wasn’t my type so I politely said bye without any close.

Third girl approaches me a little while I’m at this event. She asks me what my major is, etc. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE UNTIL I STARTED PICKUP. We chat it up for a while and she is down to hang out. I get her number but don’t text her right away(she isn’t my type). I text her a few hours later but no response. She saw me walking with another girl(#4) and I think caught on I was a player.

Girl 4. I’m waiting for class to start and ask “can I sit here?” We chat it up for 20 minutes but it turns out she has a boyfriend(verifies via IG). I don’t ask for # because I don’t want to burn a bridge, but she DMs me on IG and says it was nice to meet me.

Today was a win boys. No strong interactions that I’m excited about, but I did it. Tomorrow I’m going to approach 2 more girls.

Any advice on re-engaging text when you’re pretty sure she has a boyfriend(but not certain)?
