I have had several experiences with women where none of this shit was required, I got what I wanted, and they did too. It was nice and easy, relaxed. Have you not?

See you've got it in your head that all the stuff you do to improve is for another person. That by definition violates the notion of self-improvement. You're not doing it for a woman: you're doing it for you. You decide what's enough. You're not limited in your life choices.

Tests come in many forms. Sometimes you deal with them without even knowing that you have. That doesn't mean they don't exist. If life is constantly testing you, how can you expect a woman not to?

Lastly I want to address this notion you have of women being 'childish hamsters that need to be controlled'. Read the fucking sidebar. This isn't about controlling women. It's about understanding their nature so as to adjust your behavior accordingly. You want to hang out with these 'childish hamsters' because of two factors: a)biological programing; b) personal preference.

As a man you can override the former with the latter to some degree, but nature always comes out on top. With TRP you have the tools to better address those natural impulses. But get it out of your head that you're 'controlling' anyone or anything. The only control you do have - and even that is not absolute - is control over yourself.

You're missing an important core factor in what TRP philosophy represents. Removing, and eventually eliminating instant gratification from your life. Instant gratifying endeavors promotes complacency and procrastination, and in turn stagnates progress and improvement.

One can remain in a state of perpetual comfort if one has no goals or ambition, no desire to improve or build success in any aspect of life what so ever.

If your goal is to improve your level of social interaction with the opposite sex, you have to exit your comfort zone and actively endure the constant failure and rejection that comes with inexperience. With time it will get easier as experience builds, and soon you will have internalized enough skill in these situations that you will be comfortable with it. Once you are in a comfortable state in these situations, this is your cue to seek further improvement.

Use comfort and ease as your signal to increase difficulty, as benching more than 8 repetitions is your signal to increase load if your goal is muscle hypertrophy, it has become too easy.

The fastest way to self improvement is never the easy way, there is always effort involved. One only requires the determination and focus to persevere through the constant failure that comes with accepting the challenge of uncomfortability. Only after failure and disappointment comes the wisdom and experience to improve, and fully internalize what has been learned.

This can be applied to any and all aspects of life, not only sexual strategy.

I think you figured it out. Life is a never ending chess game. Alpha is hard. Otherwise everybody'd be doing it.
