Don’t worry about seeming creepy or not. Your mindset should be "I’m attracted to all those girls, I feel the desire to go and talk to them, I go and say hi to each one of them and try to get to know them and see what happens"

You know what's creepy? Not talking to people is creepy. So get that out of your head and you've won the battle.
You speak to this person with the same confidence not giving a fuck attitude that you do with everyone else but you speak with intent. You'll be fine, just say hello and ask any question that pops into your head and just make the conversation as fun as possible and when you feel the time is right, you ask for the date.
