When looking forward to hang out with chicks, I can’t help but knowing they are Talking to other guys.

I talk to other women as well but looking at them in the eyes knowing they’re talking to other people aside from me utterly makes me feel less attracted to them.

Not because I’m jealous but because I perceive them as low value needing so much validation from others.

How can I block these thoughts away?
