Hey buy the book how to be a 3% man by Corey Wayne, read it 7-10 times like he says (I recommend the audio version cuz you can listen while you drive and eat and sit in waiting rooms.if you follow the principles that book teaches you won’t lose the girls like you are now. It’s basically all about patience and learning new behaviors of not chasing them. Once you see that not chasing them works and you see positive results it becomes much easier to not think about them and constantly feel like you need to do something to keep them interested (that has the opposite effect) it becomes very easy to not get oneitis when you have options and you can decide if you want to try for a relationship or not.

It also has a lot of good information On gauging their interest levels and how to read between the lines (some of its common sense some is stuff you may not have thought of) there isn’t much on getting the girl attracted but if your getting the dates and just losing them in the beginning before a relationship and that’s something you want but this book and apply it! I promise it will work. It took me one year to embody that material along with others but that ones the best for starting I feel.

I have the same problem. I think the solution, besides having an active life generally, is to keep yourself rolling conversations with new girls a few times a week and having a long-term plan to make that easy while increasing your SMV.

I'm still awkward as fuck since I've been out of practice and have deep-seated self-esteem issues, but regardless my mood has been pretty high and the obsessiveness over this and the sting of rejection doesn't eat me like it did a couple months ago.

You have to dig deep inside of you like really deep and listen to yourself. Noone else just yourself. Albert Einstein - Am I Insane or is the Rest of the World. And find what actually makes you happy. Not what people say is suppose to make you happy like sleeping with a bunch of different women. Having that one woman you love and care about will make you happy. Being different and actually believing in a fairytale to watch it come true because woman fantasize about that aswell. It's just insecurities where you have to develop mental armor to deal with them. Look Internally aswell not externally for happiness 👌 wut I just said
