Then I would advise to not approach her, unless it happens organically. People at their job are paid to be nice, approaching them is usually very annoying.
One thing you can do is getting the habit of saying hello to everyone when you get in, so it’s normal to go say hello to her. Then after a while try to start some conversation.
But honestly people working are the worst targets.
