Assuming you dating women your age, they're probably out of school and working on a career ask them about their day and/or how they plan on unwinding/What she does for fun, depending on the answer you should be able to bond about something they're into professionally or recreationally. If she doesn't give you much information id consider it the first red flag and then proceeded with talking about your life and see if you notice her take interest in anything.
People will tell you what they want to talk about you just have to listen and keep a conversational tone with your responses.
Pro tips:

Thank you for the lengthy response. I tried conversing with her but she’s not the best of texters, at always with me. We hit it off really well and she kissed me and was telling me this and that and seemed really interested. She asked for a picture, I sent, a few days later I then told her to have a good morning and a wonderful day and nothing. I’m pretty sure she is no longer interested BUT would I be in the wrong to say something along the lines of “I’ll be at the same place we met last week. I would love to see you again. If you decide to come I’ll be waiting with a lemon drop (her favorite drink) for you.” And if I get no response then I’ll consider her a lost cause.

I think that's a great idea! It shows you're interested but it's still casual. If she does show up, it's a clear sign she's interested. If she doesn't, then it's her loss and you know you can move on.
To be honest, an invitation like that would be super intriguing to me, definitely enough to make me want to see you. Good luck!

Hmm Well It does seems like a bit of a lost cause but it may be recoverable, id hit her with "I'll be at -Insert the name of the bar - doing -whatever the fuck it is you do there- , if your around later drinks are on me, maybe I'll catch you there"

Just be casual. Ask her about her day, how she feels, joke with her. Avoid dating and sex until she goes there.
If she's interested, she will go there.

There are text game guides, messaging game guides out there, look them up. Also Tinder guides which have lots on texting.
They have good takes on when and how to text her, when to phone her instead, dealing with cold cases, arrogant girls, etc.
