TLDR: Want to message girl on tinder but have no idea how to do it.

Hi everyone, I’m a 21 year old lad from England and last night I dipped my toe into the dating pool for the first time. I’ve always been quite shy around new people and especially the other sex, recently I’ve lost quite a lot of weight and for the first time ever feel somewhat attractive.I Set up tinder last night basically just as a gradual exposure thing, to get myself used to the feeling of being “out there”. Felt really nervous for about an hour but I soon got used to it, swiped through some girls and I woke up this morning with a couple of matches. I wasn’t actually intending to message anyone this early but I’ve matched with a really cute girl who seems to give off a really friendly vibe and I think I’d like to message her.

As I said I have literally 0 experience with this, so does anyone have any major DON’T’s or DO’s? I wouldn’t want to say anything particularly forward because honestly it would just feel unnatural coming from me.
