Go after girls in the 24-29 year old range. Preferably a young professionals who have the attitude like “I don’t need a man and I’m going to be self sufficient”. They DO in fact need a man. They are sick of dating immature boys their age and are ready for a real man. Most girls have daddy issues too in one form or another. You are around 40 so you can fill all of these needs. Just don’t let them play you cause they will. You gotta be one step ahead of the game and play it back. They will love you for it. Set up your boundaries and be willing to walk away. They all want thrown around and spanked. You treat them like the queen they think they are in public, and like the dirty little whore they really are in private.

I'm older as well but know the game very well. First off I get not wanting to go to bars but you need to branch out socially if you expect any good results. Cold approaching is very very hard and girls flake left and right. Why because the game is all about making a girl comfortable to be around you, and further, excited to be around you... no matter how good you are at Cold approaching you're still a stranger, and the girl doesn't know you yet. there's going to be a certain element of hesitation on her part because you're a stranger no matter how good your game is. So don't expect great results talking to girls at the super market. WITH THAT SAID still talk to girls when you're out in public, it's exclent practice talking to girls and how to create attraction thru initial interaction, but that's all grocery store is good for, practice because like I said, it's not impossible to get girls cold approaching, but it's very very hard.

That is why social circles are much more effective. Girls have friends and girls have friends of friends, meeting girls in social clubs or activities is great because it helps you expand your social network along with making friends with girls, and if you're not interested in them, their friends.

I honestly have no interest in internet dating. The idea of sending out a message to someone who may or may not be real, may or may not look like anything resembling their pictures, may or may not ever get your message, and may or may not ever read your message seems like a huge waste of time.

I certainly expect failure for the first 100 attempts, at least. I’m just wondering if the terrain is any different for guys our age. I could see why it would be better and could see why it would be worse.
