Two important things I have to say on this topic are:

Use micro-escalation. Watch this video (all of the parts) - it explains it pretty well and shows a bit of how it should look like. Also, I suggest looking up what 60 Years Of Challenge has to say on the topic of micro-escalation - it sounds like exactly what you need. Here's why I think so:

For most guys escalation means only one thing, going for a kiss. It’s no secret guys constantly worry "How can I kiss her?"

There is no need to worry about going for the kiss because there are so many micro-escalations you can use to seduce her besides kissing. You can start with very small moves.

That's just a small excerpt, look it up, it's brilliant. All of his stuff is. Highly recommended.

Risk creepy. This is also a concept from 60 Years Of Challenge. It seems that if the girl is attracted to you, your escalation is not going to be creepy to her, and if she's not attracted, you're not going to get anywhere with her by playing safe anyway.

Don’t forget to calibrate your escalation. I’ve learned to never face a woman when attempting physical touch. Remember you are high value and you are comfortable touching everyone. Hand her something and don’t look at her, just act like it’s natural and you just expect her to take it. Let your hand glide away and don’t pull away. High fives are great! They are high energy and exciting, grip her hand for a split second then turn away. Women get creeped out when you eyeball them and nervously look for reactions. Be cool. NOW is the only time you have. Good luck.

Well escalation for me is about making them comfortable with your touch, until you touch them they're in a bubble and the longer you leave it the more creepy it will seem when you do eventually touch. So its much more about subtle touching; a tap on the hand (remind me in an hour and i'll send you a video of what I mean), my shoulder touching hers, a hand on the knee to get her attention in a loud place. You can even start by asking some question "do you prefer A or B?" And when she says her answer high five her.

There's many ways to escalate.
