Psychotherapist / Psychologist would help you figure out what you mean by this, sounds like are confused and couldn't really be specific if you wanted to.

Get some male mentors, they could be older or even friends you look up to in certain ways. Give respect where it is due and learn.

Eventually you might accept that your situation just gives you a better understanding of how woman act and think, and you will be your own man, but have that leg up on the competition.

There is a stage where all children start with their mother being the primary care giver (in womb, to infant) and at a certain point boys are handed over to their dad. This change affects everyone and sounds like some things are stuck for you. Learning about how this happens to all men could help.
