Just take things one step at a time mate, focus on specific aspects of your life first before worrying about the end goal you want. If you think of all your problems and issues at once its going to feel completely overwhelming, especially if you want it to change asap. The only way to fix a broken person is to patch up every broken piece one by one and you can only do that from the inside. Also keep in mind Just having the other people you wanted in your life wont completely fix you because i think you'll start feeling dependent on them. it all starts from your own mind. Once that is strong enough you may find yourself not needing anyone else, but you'll be able to have the things that you did want much easier
