Seriously, I live in a rural area, tinder and any other dating app always show me girls 50+ miles away. How do I go out and meet women with out coming off as creepy or desperate?

There are generic answers like, go somewhere else, or farmers markets, shops, ect, but attractive women are hard to spot, and even harder to approach....where do I go. Tinder, and other social media get me no where. Tried finding someone over Facebook...nobody told me hitting on girls over Facebook comes of as creepy
