Met a girl on Tinder, chatted for a while, met her at a bar for drinks, everything went pretty well. Asked her out again a few days later, she said she was busy that night but would love to another day. Wait a few days, propose an alternative date, she responds two days later saying that she is flattered I want to see her again but she is busy with work and not ready to date right now. Whatever, next please, I delete her number and don't give it a second thought. For context I'm a 26 year old attorney, she's 23 and a high school English teacher (AKA how busy could she possibly be?).

Fast forward three weeks of 0 communication to today and she sends me a mirror selfie of herself with no message. I'm inclined to just ignore it. What could possibly be the point of this other than her craving attention? Any more experienced input available?
