Here is the secret most people don't like to here. Your a individual who speaks and has a unique way of doing things. Allow your self to go and show interest. Be creative, imagine something that brings a smile to your face. That shows your personality which is way more attractive than anything. But staring from a distance is really hard to pick up that she likes you. Get closer and get to know them.

I pick up on the smile and the bouncy sway thing (hard to discribe) girls do when they want something. Could be me or a chore hopefully me.

Short lazy answer go up to him/her say hi I am insert name here ask a rellivent question. Smile relax (the hardest part).
