Women always make me compliments for my eyes. What is the best way to respond to these?

Girl: I like your eyes:) Me: thanks I made them myself ;)

Girl: wow you're so tall! Me: am i? I'm pretty sure you're just really short.(I'm 6'5)

Girl: i like you, you're super cute Me: well thanks but I gotta let you know that I'm not that easy * smirk*

Just OWN whatever they tell you and remeber to be sassy/playful.

The answer to compliments is the same regardless of who are you responding to. You say thank you and smile making eye contact. That's it. Don't return the compliment. That sounds insincere. In some cultures a funny quip to a compliment is acceptable (such as, if you're from the US). Personally, i don't like that. To me it sounds like you're trying to avoid or divert attention from the compliment. A compliment deserves to take due acknowledgement.

Likewise, avoid saying something along the lines of shy or making a modesty remark. Again, these subtext the person that you're having difficulties accepting their comment because you're insecure.

Afterwards you continue with the conversation.

I had problems with taking compliments too, I can completely relate to you. What I tried was to truthfully accept the compliement I was given with an honest "Thank You!", this shows you are confident enough to accept compliements heading your way. After that I try to follow it up with a funny/sassy comment regarding the compliement in order to make the interaction even better. Of course, if you like the girl you can also compliment her back, the important thing here is that if has to be an honest compliment and also about something in which she has worked on, for example if you noticed that she started to dress better a week ago compliment her on that or if you noticed that she has become more empathic, tell her and so on :)
