I'm sure you're looking for the "exact" answer but I don't have it. It should be something along the lines of "Me too. I'm always being hounded by women like a piece of meat or for free drinks at the bar..." yadda yadda yadda "...I just want to feel like a real person". Or something like that. I'm sure someone else will chime in with something much more smooth.

Whatever you do don't respond logically or seriously.

I would say, "Of course. Everyone deserves to be treated with the respect they are due. How do you know when you are being respected?" and follow up with "How do you know you are being disrespected?"

These are important questions that help discover what someone's criteria are. Get a book on neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to help you with further fleshing out this process.
