It's maybe a shit test, and maybe not.

It could mean she's telling you the truth. 2 inches taller might make up for whatever else she isn't getting from you.

3 inches on my dick could make a reasonable difference. 5 inches on my height could make a reasonable difference.

Also, though, the way that statement happens means a lot. It could be an easy way of letting you down... could be a massive shit test, could be a slip of the tongue... it could be a lot of things. Fuck, it could even be an opener if a girl comes up to you and says that.

Really, anybody that gives you an answer without more context is completely guessing.
