This will be a medium to long term project. Work on your sociability, conversation and flirtatiousness step by step. Read people's advice, try stuff, make notes, repeat.

Guys can give you specific advice but you won't necessarily be able to use it right away, until you've internalized it.

If you're feeling fear in the moment you need to be more confident that she is actually glad to be talking to you, and be happy inside yourself that she feels that way.

One way to develop this confidence in baby steps is to work on "game" (sociability) by practicing on your family, close friends, roommates, co-workers, etc. which takes all the pressure off to get dates and score with hot girls.
