This isnt really about seduction...I'm sorry. Try r/sex. Also...you may have dryness down there and need a lot of foreplay, you may need lubricant, or as was mentioned before - if you have endo (which is a preclude to painful periods) that makes sex painful!! Go see your dr if that is the case and continues.

Check if you have endometriosis. Do you have irregular, really intense painful periods?

Nah I never had painful periods and I’m on bc so mines are usually short and not painful
