If she seems interested it's probably because the bf ain't doing it for her anymore. You miss 100% of the shots you don't take but think about as well that if she does go with you that she's also lying to her bf which if you guys are already talking sexual to eachother is already a rocky road for how she acts in a relationship.

Depends on your definition of bad. If bad means her cheating on her boyfriend with a guy who is much better for her (you) then that by all means can be seen as good? If good means having her remain unhappy in her relationship with her boyfriend to avoid sabotaging the relationship by cheating on him with you then by all means that can be seen as bad. It all depends on perspective. Personally, I would have her resolve the situation with her boyfriend before pursuing her. I say this because if being with her is detrimental to your morals and principles then it may not be worth the risk.
