It’s easy to take something like this personally, but she’s very possibly tired from having a baby - and if she works outside of the house as well, then that’s going to compound it even more. Not saying you aren’t already, but make sure you are carrying your share of the load at home, and with the baby.
Even though you have picked right back up having sex, she may be feeling less comfortable with her body and less attractive- which can have an effect on your confidence and drive. Genuine, sincere compliments- and letting her know you still desire her may help.
Although that doesn’t address her lack of compliments towards you, that sounds pretty selfish.

Spend more time out of the house. Give her a reason to work for your attention.
Familiarity breeds contempt.
[Take this advice in a measured way. Don't be a total dick, entirely neglectful, or create more work for her to the extent she that she gets fruatrated or simply exhausted. Just don't seem so easily available.]

Took some of yours guys advice. Sat down and straight confronted each other, on what we really needed and are looking for in each other. She agreed I need to get back to being more in control in the bedroom, the affectionate stuff was what she needed right after having the baby but wants me to be normal again. So last night I let my self be as confident and normal as possible, tried being more dominate and it helped a lot she was a hell of a lot more into it and interested. Not saying everything is just perfect but certainly feels better

Sounds to me you made the mistake of putting her first above yourself. Marriage doesn't excuse you to put her on a pedestal. Ring or no ring, it's unattractive. Shift focus on improving yourself, and stop chasing her validation.

Work with her personality or needs. I’m ADHD and need constant change. My husband told me to go out and flirt with other men. He concluded that him telling me that I’m sexy was boring to me (it is) because I feel like he’s obligated to say it. Going out by myself and flirting has led me to to hear other people either say it or allude to it. I’m not saying this is what she needs, but work with what her personality is and what she may be lacking.
