Option one is more natural, because you give a reason why you need her number.

Give her your number though. A proven way to out the ones not interested. Make them chase. I’ve been doing this the last year with better results

"Make them chase." A lot of feminine girls will not do that even when interrested. E.g. shy and sensitive girls. And it's an eternal principle that the masculine chases the feminine.

This is all advice. Take it or leave it. I give them my number I don’t chase anymore. If they hit me up cool I know we are on for a date. If not, I keep approaching

So you want to filter out the ones that a really interested and you don't even try to take her number, right?
It helps you to filter out the lukewarm girls and to make more approaches - this would explain your increased results.
How do you manage not to take her number, when you give her your number?

Yes whenever I give a girl my number some hit me up two weeks later or a month. See how long it took them to hit me up? So If I got their numbers I likely would have been fighting to get them to go out with me.
I let them chase in the beginning. I’ve had some girls l try to give my number to and they’ll not let me leave without taking their number out of fear they might can’t reach me

As for the last one, it is an answered question. There have been many posts on physical limitations over the years, including this one. No need to re-ask it.
