No. It depends on her actions. Freezing out is reserved for heavy LMR, because it breaks the flow and you'll have to start all over again. You also risk to come off as the sulked stripling who can't cope with rejection, if your frame isn't top notch.

Women need reasons for plausible deniability in order to be able to hamster that "It just happened." afterwards, and LMR mostly is just fishing for those reasons.

The best way to overcome usual LMR is to just agree, but still keep moving forward. "We shouldn't do this." - "I know." You want to come off as if you feel like that too, but you just can't resist her. Be very passionate in general and you won't run over LMR as much in the first place.

Always judge the situation by her actions and not by her words. If she pushes you away (and I mean a real push, not some half-hearted attempt) and clearly states "No!" it's time to freeze out with an "OK."

If she on the other hand just moans a "No. Please stop." in your ear, while massaging your rod, you just ignore or moan back "I can't." followed by a passionate kiss.

If a girl is putting up lmr, the best course of action is to say something like "k" or agree and amplify her asd("im not having sex with you" or "im not a slut") with "what kind of man do you think i am" then continue escalating after a few minutes. If she really isn't going to have sex with you, you kick the girl out or leave as you said.

Here are a few extra options

Expect LMR and escalate very slowly, getting her extremely turned on. Watch her body language carefully to see what makes her get uncomfortable and what makes her turned on.
Push/pull get her used to the feeling of you pushing her away and breaking the kisses so that she's the one initiating on you. Ramp up towards sex, then cool things down. Do this over and over, going a little farther each time until you're inside her.
Agree and amplify

"You're right, we should not have sex until the 59th date"
