Yes, a very bad idea. Stay away from girls that you are forced to cohabitate with without recourse. If you are forced to see them every day there will be emotional issues that can put your future in danger.

We've slept together before when I broke up with my GF of 1 year for about two months and then I got back with my ex. now I am single again. She was really cool about it and it was awkward for about a week but then we just got over it.

Now we are talking about going out for drinks next Sunday but I'm a bit hesitant as to if it's worth it or not.

Then don't. She is always a potential threat to your future, and while she may not display emotional attatchment, it only takes one instance of drama that you don't even have to be present for her to flip that script.

It's absolutely not a bad idea. It's almost as good as you get. FWB now, and keep up the FWB after course finishes. It's like working together, except almost no office politics--neither of you has any influence or really time to talk.
