They generally wear their wealth. Expensive watches, tailor fitted suits, brand shoes and sun glasses, etc. Then they pick their environment, not some dive bar in some shady part of the city, but a fancy hotel lounge (after all, who stays at a hotel if there's cheaper accommodation? People that can afford it), exclusive VIP areas of night clubs, again price barrier that filters out the poor and the rich.

How they meet: these hot girls are a certain type that hang out in places they know these uber rich guys will be at. They’re looking for clout, money, or just a good time and these uber rich guys don’t mind providing since they have plenty of money to do so.

Even for guys with money it takes some effort, let’s say you need 2 out of 3;carisma, good looks and money, once you have money the other 2 can be work on, but if all you have is carisma then it can be harder, some girl will go out with a guys with just money, but that’s a girl you don’t want around.
