Why do you feel the need to keep a rotation of girls, other than to show off? 100% serious.

Just keep 1 or 2 of the girls around, you don't need to have 4 or 5 girls you're dating concurrently. That'll just become WAY too tiring after a while.

Just be direct and honest with these women. "Look, I don't have the time to do this" or "I appreciate our relationship but I'm busy with other things and I'd appreciate it if you didn't text me as much as you do"

HAHAHAH, I remember realising this myself at one point too.

from my experience ur gonna have to start taking ''breaks'' where you take it really easy and minimise the female contact or just stay in contact with the girl who causes you the least hassle ( not the girls fault, im referring to perceived hassle)

Also im just going to predict that your taste in woman will change and one day ur gonna send a message intended for girl #1 to girl #2 instead.

I would say, quit the juggling and find a way to talk about things you actually want to talk about with the person you find it natural to talk with so it doesn't feel like work. You can do the dance in the beginning of course, but ultimately, if you end up dating one of them, you're gonna have to be able to stand them so might as well try and find a way and let them know when you have something else going on you're trying to focus on (as kind/non passive aggressive as possible).

Personally, it took the right person for me to be able to have what felt like a continued conversation as though everything was on the table rather than me having to do the work to put it there. Inspired instead of labored. But, it kinda was predicated on genuine interest which is kinda what I feel like what you have to weed through many a people and conversations to find.
