Alright.

To begin. First figure out what you like about yourself. Is it your hair? Is it your eye colour? Is it your sense of humour? Is it your honesty? Your taste in music?

This is called recognizing your identity and admiring it.

When you recognize what you like, you begin to like anything that reflects this identity of yours.

I like logic. Honesty. It needs to be coherent and follow through and make sense. Anyone who is logical is my type.

Now when it comes to choosing your relationships. You need to choose someone that reflects those very qualities that you admire in yourself so that the connection will be strong.

Most relationships don’t last long cause they’re based primarily on brain hormones and stuff. Once those hormones leave or disappear then you’re left with a relationship that no longer feels the same. The result? A person who actually loved you and had high expectations for you and wanted to stay with you is now crying for days at the fact that you left them.

You can’t pretend to be something you are not. You can’t be a macho alpha if you’re an introvert cause you’ll start feeling awkward with yourself. You can’t be an intellectual if you’re naturally inclined to be an athlete. You can’t be a bad boy if your mother raised you to be an honest guy.

Seriously it’s really really sexy when you aren’t afraid of being who you are. Be free minded. We are all battling our worries and fears. Be brave. Be your pure self. No wait... Be the best version of yourself. Make yourself as pretty as you can.

If you’re shallow you’re only going to attract shallow people and you’ll miss out on the most meaningful things. Nothing wrong with that. Shallow can be fun too.

The point is. You need to recognize what you admire in yourself so that you can find your match or else you’ll both be sabotaged in many ways.
