Honestly man, the work is done before the interactions in my opinion. Lifting, eating right, grooming... all these things happen before the moment. Then there is the experience gained in action. Were you practicing before going on the trip? Did you cold approach and run game on websites/apps before going?

In total, all that buildup makes it so when you’re on your way to the trip you’ve maximized your potential.

Here you are now, and you’re asking NOW. You should have been asking before the trip.

Personally , if I were you, I’ll give running game a shot, and then look into getting with escorts and not worry about it much.

I don't know what your expectations are, but to me it looks like you're barely taking action. What methods are you trying? Dating apps? How many girls do you approach everyday? Do you go out?

Also you have nothing to fear from corona at 26 years old. You probably already had it without noticing.

I know all these guys on this sub really glorify getting your life in shape and then a date will magically happen.

The hard truth of the matter is this: the only way to get better at socializing... is to focus purely on that. Personally, I've been fat, skinny, homeless, wealthy, etc... these factors didn't matter in order to attract a girl. The only thing that matters is if you know the actions you need to take in order to make a girl feel good around you. And how do you learn those actions? Through practice.

Btw about the dating app thing: All you need is a good photographer. I've noticed my own results go from desolate to above average after experimenting, messing around with filters, learning my angles, and resetting account after account (algorithm can be fucked up sometimes- its not always your looks)

There are also websites where women rate your pictures. This will help you find the objective best picture you have (which might be completely opposite from what you think is a good picture. Often women's tastes are very different from your own).

Lastly, try to spark up a conversation with the attractive women in your neighborhood (or campus). Try to use every opportunity you have to PRACTICE. Again, this is the long run. You're learning a SKILL. If you play piano for 1 year, you wont be able to play Chopin's fantaisie impromptu. You need time to hone your social skills, so that in the long run you will be able to spark up conversations naturally and learn to engage people consistently.
